Account and website information
We retain your account identifier and email, the business information and website URL you submit, design requests, request status, images you supply, site versions, approvals and activity needed to provide the service. A design request does not consent to marketing.
Purchases and messages
Stripe processes checkout and billing details; we store transaction references, selected plan, receipt email and phone number, not card details. Quo processes the confirmed phone number and service texts, Resend processes welcome emails, and OpenAI may receive a text change request and current site text to prepare a draft for review. Drafts do not publish themselves. Photo messages are not currently processed.
Partner referrals
If you follow an affiliate link, Partnero may set a referral cookie on this site for up to 30 days to record which partner sent you. We store its partner key with a purchase request. Once the partner payment integration is enabled, we will share the paid customer identifier, receipt email and eligible subscription payment amount with Partnero to calculate commissions. No card details are shared with Partnero.
Visitor enquiries
When a site owner enables a contact form, we store the visitor’s contact details, message and submission time for the owner’s private inbox. Optional email alerts link to the inbox rather than containing the visitor’s message. Internal owner checks are labeled separately. A daily hash of an IP address may be used against abuse; raw IPs are not stored in enquiry records.
Storage and retention
Account, website, message and enquiry records currently remain while the project exists; automatic deletion has not been configured. Some older preview enquiries have a 30-day expiry label without automatic removal. Ask support@siterestyle.com for a record request. Only the signed-in owner and authorized operations can access private site data.
Providers
The application uses Supabase for account authentication and ChatGPT Sites for site hosting, database and private image storage. ScreenshotOne may capture a public website you submit. OpenAI is used for enabled text drafting, Stripe for payments, Quo for connected service messages, Resend for enabled emails, and Partnero for affiliate referral tracking. The marketing SMS animation stays in your browser and does not send texts.
