Use this guide together with your personal SiteRestyle connection card. Your records are prepared for your own domain, not copied from another site.

Need your exact DNS values? After payment, open your personal domain card on the same device. Copy its TXT record; do not guess a website IP or CNAME. The website routing records are supplied separately after the hosting connection is prepared.

Do this in Network Solutions

  1. Open Account Manager → Domains and select your domain.
  2. Open Advanced Tools → Advanced DNS Records → Manage. Find Add TXT Record and enter the Host and Value from your personal card.
  3. Save and return to SiteRestyle to check TXT ownership. If another provider manages your nameservers, use that provider instead.
  4. When exact web routing values are ready, edit only the specified A (Points to) or www CNAME (Alias to).

Before you call it connected

We check the root domain and www, HTTPS, redirects, images, important existing URLs and inquiry delivery. DNS propagation can take time. We also verify email dependencies before you cancel old hosting.

Keep these records safe

Preserve MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mail-related hostnames and unrelated subdomains. Don’t remove all records or disable DNSSEC as a shortcut.
