one step at a time.

Use this guide together with your personal SiteRestyle connection card. Your records are prepared for your own domain, not copied from another site.

Need your exact DNS values? After payment, open your personal domain card on the same device. Copy its TXT record; do not guess a website IP or CNAME. The website routing records are supplied separately after the hosting connection is prepared.

Do this in Namecheap

  1. Open Domain List → Manage → Advanced DNS.
  2. Under Host Records choose Add New Record → TXT Record. Paste the Host and Value from your personal card.
  3. Save using the check mark. Return to SiteRestyle and check the TXT record.
  4. When your website routing values are supplied separately, edit only the specified A or CNAME. If Host Records are unavailable, check where your nameservers point.

Before you call it connected

We check the root domain and www, HTTPS, redirects, images, important existing URLs and inquiry delivery. DNS propagation can take time. We also verify email dependencies before you cancel old hosting.

Keep these records safe

Preserve MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mail-related hostnames and unrelated subdomains. Don’t remove all records or disable DNSSEC as a shortcut.
